No customer support

I was excited when I found this app because it allows my dyslexic students to get the extra practice that they need. Unfortunately, the sound does not work in the game mode for customized lists, and I make lots of customized lists. Despite Alligator Apps professions of excellent customer support, they have not responded to any of my e-mails on this issue. It may be an easy fix, but since the company does not provide support, there is no way for me to know. I had hoped to ask parents to purchase this app for the kids iPads, but I cant recommend it because of the poor support. A shame, because is does have potential.
